Updates to the maps
We have ran the route today and had identified some updates. If you have previously downloaded maps, please replace them with the updated maps in the event details.
Because of time and and some road conditions, we have removed some of the bridge stops for the Spirited Group route 3 and route 4. This will make for a better drive experience and better map routing.
For the Touring Group, we have removed bridges that were either in too poor of a shape to visit, or too difficult to reach becasue of road or parking conditions. Please feel free to visit them on your own another day.
Last note, please try to keep the car you are following taillights in view (around corners and over hills). This not only helps you see what is coming up on the route, but also helps locals from cutting into the middle of a group when they see a gap. If you group is driving too fast, let the leader know so they can control the pace or for us to form a smaller group to accomodate the pace appropriately. This should be fun, not stressful, and we will work to try to accomodate.
