Great Events Don't Happen by Accident
Black Crest Motorsports is built around great roads, great cars, and, most importantly, great people.
As our events grow, we are looking for volunteers who want to help us create memorable, well-organized experiences for the automotive community. You don't need to volunteer for every event, and you don't need special experience. Whether you want to help coordinate cars at a starting location, take photos along the route, assist with check-in, or help us plan the next adventure, there is a place to get involved.
Volunteering is also a great way to become more connected with the Black Crest community and help shape what we do next.
Help Build the Drive
Ways To Get Involved
Event Support
Help keep everything running smoothly on event day. Volunteers may assist with participant check-in, staging vehicles, distributing event information, coordinating departure groups, communicating with drivers, or helping at planned stops.
Lead and Support Drivers
Experienced drivers who know our expectations and driving culture may have opportunities to serve as lead or support drivers for our Touring and Spirited groups.
These volunteers help maintain group organization, communicate with other drivers, identify route or safety concerns, and help keep the group together without encouraging unsafe driving.
Photography and Media
Great drives deserve great photos.
We're looking for photographers, videographers, drone operators where legally permitted, and content creators interested in capturing the cars, roads, people, and experiences that make our events special.
Whether you're an experienced photographer or simply enjoy creating automotive content, we'd like to hear from you.
Route Planning and Scouting
Some of the best work happens before anyone turns the ignition.
Help us discover and evaluate interesting roads, scenic destinations, restaurants, photo locations, fuel stops, hotels, and other places that could become part of future Black Crest events.
Route volunteers may also participate in scouting drives to help evaluate timing, road conditions, stopping locations, and overall route experience.
Event Planning
Weekend rallies and larger events require more than a great route.
Volunteers can help research lodging, restaurants, meeting locations, activities, parking arrangements, group rates, event schedules, registration logistics, and other details that turn a drive into a complete experience.
Community and Social
Help us grow the Black Crest Motorsports community between events.
This could include welcoming new members, helping manage social channels, creating event content, connecting with automotive businesses, promoting upcoming drives, or helping organize informal gatherings.
